'Fantastic acting, clever set, superb use of music and poetry.'
Past Productions
Each year we tour professional productions to schools and small- medium scale arts venues. The productions are aimed at secondary schools, primary schools or a family audience and the company is on the road for 15 - 20 weeks of the year. For example:
2010:
From April- July we toured Bob, the Man on the Moon- our first national tour co-produced with Travelling Light Theatre Company. The production was based on the hugely popular, award winning book 'Man on the Moon' by Simon Bartram and was performed at such venues as the egg, Polka, Warwick Arts Centre, artsdepot, Salisbury Playhouse and the Tobacco Factory to name a few. It also went into Swindon Infant & Primary Schools. The tour was so successful, we are planning a re-tour for May- July 2011...bookings will commence in September 2010.

Bob, the Man on the Moon Reviews:
'In this beguiling, must-see show for very young children, with producers Travelling Light and Sixth Sense at mission control, Simon Bartram's best-selling picture book veritably zooms off the page and touches down lightly on to the stage - a perfect landing that is largely due to a stellar alignment in the creative team. Designer Hayley Grindle conjures a sense of simple wonderment with her set full of containers: galvanised dustbins stuffed with space gear and concealed aliens, along with a tiny version of Bob's house complete with sliding drawers. And then there's Frank Wurzinger. Frank plays Bob with a trace of German accent and more than a touch of OCD – Bob, who keeps the moon vacuumed (and TIDY!) like a space-age ‘Little Prince', and who likes to have things lined up – loads of recognition points here for slightly obsessive tots and their long-suffering parents. Frank is a clown with great presence and timing who can whip his young audience into a frenzy and then have them mouse-still again in seconds, without a whiff of condescension. If you missed ‘Bob' in Bath , you can catch him on his return orbit at The Brewery in Bristol from 2-6 June: book soon, because tickets will go like space cakes'.(Rina Vergano ****, Venue Magazine).
' Great fun for the very young'. (Jeremy Brien, The Stage)
